Jared K. Hodges

Jared Hodges represents clients across a broad range of both transactional and litigation matters.

His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate and construction disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and condemnations from filing to resolution. Jared has extensive experience arguing matters in state and federal courts as well as resolving cases through mediation and the alternative dispute resolution process.

Jared also represents clients who are buying, selling, leasing, developing, lending, and investing in real estate. He advises clients on all types of real estate transactions, and he tailors commercial leases, asset purchase agreements, and real estate purchase agreements to each deal.

Prior to joining Knowles Gallant Timmons, Jared defended individuals and corporations in complex, multi-million dollar claims and lawsuits involving catastrophic injury and death. He also represented state and county authorities, developers, property owners, and businesses in zoning, condemnation, and land use disputes. While attending law school, he interned for the late Chief Justice P. Harris Hines of the Georgia Supreme Court.

Jared is active with the Korean-American Bar Association of Georgia and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Hui-Chuan and their three children, Franklin, Harvey, and Beatrice.
